1. Overview

At Sel Noir, we want every customer to be delighted with their purchase.
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrived damaged or leaking
  • You received the wrong item
  • The packaging was compromised before use

To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events (unless defective)

4. How to Request a Return

Please email sales@selnoir.co.za with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear photo of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping (if applicable).


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you paid via EFT, please include your bank details for refund processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Sel Noir’s error.


6. Exchanges

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
